Privacy Policy
Yuzi collects and processes customers' personal data in accordance with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. This page explains what data Yuzi collects, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to customers in Vietnam and international customers.

Yuzi does not collect your card details. International payments are processed by PayPal, and card payments in Vietnam are processed on the VNPAY payment gateway. Yuzi only receives the result of the transaction (successful or failed) and the related order information.
How we use your data
- To process orders, deliver them and collect payment.
- To handle warranty claims, returns and complaints after purchase.
- To confirm orders and send shipping updates.
- To send promotions and news about new products, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To improve our products and the shopping experience on our website.
Who we share your data with
Yuzi does not sell or trade customer data for commercial purposes. Data is shared only to the minimum extent necessary with:

For international orders, your data is processed by Yuzi in Vietnam and shared with DHL and customs authorities in the destination country as needed to deliver your order.
How long we keep your data
Personal data is stored on Yuzi's internal systems for as long as you are a customer and throughout the 24-month warranty period of your products. After that, it is kept for any additional period required by accounting and tax laws, and then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right to be informed: know what data of yours Yuzi is processing.
- Right of access: ask Yuzi for a copy of your data.
- Right to correction: ask us to correct data that is wrong or out of date.
- Right to withdraw consent: stop receiving marketing messages at any time.
- Right to deletion: ask us to delete data that is no longer needed.
- Right to complain: file a complaint with Yuzi or the competent authorities.

Security measures
- Our website uses an SSL certificate to encrypt data in transit.
- Customer data can only be accessed by staff whose work requires it.
- Card payments are processed by PayPal and VNPAY under their own security standards.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and not sharing them with anyone. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, let Yuzi know right away.
Cookies
yuzi.com.vn uses cookies to remember your cart and preferences and to measure website traffic. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not work fully.
