Payment Methods
Available payment methods depend on where your order is delivered. International orders are paid with PayPal. Orders delivered in Vietnam can be paid by cash on delivery, bank transfer or card.
International orders: PayPal
- International orders are paid with PayPal only.
- Prices on the English website are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
- You can pay with your PayPal balance or a card linked to your PayPal account. Your card details are handled by PayPal and are never shared with Yuzi.
- Cash on delivery is not available outside Vietnam.
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the order total. They are paid by the recipient on delivery. See Shipping Policy.

Cash on delivery
You pay the courier after receiving and checking your order. This is available for all orders placed on yuzi.com.vn and delivered in Vietnam.
Bank transfer (for orders delivered in Vietnam)
After placing your order, make the transfer and send a screenshot of the transaction to Yuzi via Zalo or email.

Only transfer money to the account published on this page or given to you directly by Yuzi staff. Yuzi is not responsible for transfers made to any account that does not belong to Yuzi. After transferring, send the transaction screenshot via Zalo at 0793 799 707 or email admin@yuzi.vn so your order can be processed quickly.
Online card payment via VNPAY
Yuzi works with VNPAY (Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company) to accept online payments on our website. Transactions are SSL encrypted.
- Accepts domestic cards and international cards issued by Vietnamese banks: Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Napas.
- Pay directly on the website, with no manual transfer needed.
- Supports credit card installment plans.
Credit card installments
Yuzi supports installment payments with credit cards from banks partnered with VNPAY. Terms and conditions are set by the card-issuing bank and vary between banks. Call the hotline at 0793 799 707 for details before ordering.
Invoices
Yuzi issues invoices on request. Please provide your invoice details when you place your order, including the company name, tax code and address.
