Yuzi designs its products, sources and controls every material, coordinates production in Ho Chi Minh City and stands behind the result. This page is for retailers and importers who want to carry the Yuzi™ range outside Vietnam.

01What you distribute
Our everyday-carry range: laptop backpacks, daypacks, tech pouches and sling bags, supplied under the Yuzi™ brand with Yuzi hangtags and product documentation.
02Minimum order
A minimum order value applies; it is shown in your partner account once your application is approved. Any mix of SKUs and colours.
03Pricing
FOB Ho Chi Minh City, in USD, in three tiers based on the total quantity of each order. The price list is shared in your partner account once your application is approved.
04Lead time
30–45 days for an initial order after sample and labelling approval; 25–35 days for repeat orders.
05Quality and defects
YKK® zippers, Duraflex® and Woojin® buckles, and fabrics specified by Yuzi. Every order ships with a 2% free-of-charge quantity to cover manufacturing defects, so there is no cross-border return process.
06Payment and documents
Payment by bank transfer (T/T) in USD: 70% deposit to confirm the order, 30% balance on receipt of goods. Commercial invoice, packing list and Certificate of Origin are issued for every shipment.
07Who can apply
Registered businesses: retailers, online stores and importers. Please attach your business registration certificate.
08Next steps
