The Yuzi Usual 40L is a 40L trekking backpack built for self-supported two- to three-day treks, when all food, water and clothing ride on the back. Capacity is 40 L with a maximum load of 20 kg (44 lb).
Its core is a removable alloy frame. The frame transfers weight from the shoulders to the hips and eases pressure on the shoulders and lower back during long hours on the trail. When a heavy load is not needed, removing the frame brings the pack down to about 1 kg (2.2 lb) and makes it noticeably softer, so the same pack works for trekking and for everyday travel.
Pockets are arranged by how often they are used, so there is no need to stop and take the pack off mid-trail. A quick-access bottom pocket reaches gear at the bottom without opening the top. Trekking pole loops let poles be stowed and retrieved on the move. The hydration sleeve has a hook-and-loop hanger, a hose port and a hose clip, so drinking does not require a stop. The rain cover pocket sits at the base, and the rain cover is included in the box.
The back panel combines 3D mesh with multi-density EVA foam, leaving a gap for air to flow. Shoulder straps and hip belt use MeshTex. The main fabric is Polyester Diamond Ripstop 150D with PU coating and a DWR water-repellent finish, lined with the same type in 210D. Genuine YKK® zipper pulls. The pack fits torso lengths of 46–50 cm (18.1–19.7 in) and meets the carry-on size limits of many airlines.

What is the maximum load?
The maximum load is 20 kg (44 lb). For a self-supported 2–3 day trek carrying all food, water and clothing, that leaves comfortable headroom.
Does the pack still work well without the frame?
Yes. Without the frame the pack drops to about 1 kg (2.2 lb) and becomes softer, suited to travel or everyday use. For heavy loads, refit the frame to transfer weight to the hips.
Are a hydration bladder and rain cover included?
The rain cover comes stowed in the bottom pocket. A hydration bladder is not included; the hydration sleeve is compatible with the Yuzi Fresh 2L hydration bladder.
What colors are available, and what body size does it fit?
